Women don't get time off every month because of their period for a variety of reasons. Firstly, menstruation is a natural bodily function and not a medical condition that requires time off. Additionally, providing time off for every woman every month would be logistically challenging for employers. Furthermore, it could perpetuate stereotypes about women's abilities and productivity. Instead, workplaces should focus on providing supportive environments and accommodations for women who may experience discomfort or challenges during their menstrual cycle. **

The TP-Link TL-SG108 is a Gigabit Ethernet switch, which means it is designed to support network speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s. The switch has eight ports, each capable of handling up to 1000 Mbit/s. Therefore, the switch should be able to reach speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s, not 250 Mbit/s. If the switch is only reaching speeds of 250 Mbit/s, it could be due to network congestion, cable quality, or limitations in the devices connected to the switch. **

The TP-Link TL-SG108 is a Gigabit Ethernet switch, which means it is designed to provide speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s. The reason it does not reach 250 Mbit/s is likely due to the limitations of the devices connected to it. If the devices connected to the switch have network interfaces that only support speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, then the switch will only be able to provide speeds up to that limit. In order to achieve speeds closer to 250 Mbit/s, all devices connected to the switch would need to support higher network speeds. **

There could be various reasons why someone doesn't contact you after cutting off communication. They may need space to process their thoughts and emotions, they could be dealing with personal issues that are consuming their attention, or they may have decided to move on from the relationship. It's important to respect their decision and give them the time and space they need. If you feel comfortable, you can reach out to them to express your feelings and see if there is a possibility for communication to be reestablished. **

It depends on the reasons for cutting off contact in the first place. If the situation was toxic or harmful, it may be best to maintain the distance. However, if the issues have been resolved or if you feel ready to reconnect, reaching out can be a positive step towards rebuilding the relationship. Consider your own feelings and boundaries before deciding whether to reach out. **
