Werner Vogel was a German computer scientist and one of the pioneers of distributed systems and computer networking. He is best known for his work on the development of the Network File System (NFS), a distributed file system that allows a user on a client computer to access files over a network as if they were local. Vogel's contributions to the field of distributed systems have had a lasting impact on the way computer networks are designed and used today. **

The TP-Link TL-SG108 is a Gigabit Ethernet switch, which means it is designed to support network speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s. The switch has eight ports, each capable of handling up to 1000 Mbit/s. Therefore, the switch should be able to reach speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s, not 250 Mbit/s. If the switch is only reaching speeds of 250 Mbit/s, it could be due to network congestion, cable quality, or limitations in the devices connected to the switch. **

Pierre Vogel is considered dangerous by some due to his extremist views and his ability to influence vulnerable individuals towards radicalization. While he may not engage in violent acts himself, his rhetoric and teachings have been linked to radicalization and recruitment for extremist causes. Vogel's influence can be seen as dangerous in terms of promoting intolerance, hatred, and violence in society. However, it is important to note that not everyone who follows his teachings will resort to violence, and his level of danger may vary depending on the context and individuals involved. **

Pierre Vogel is not necessarily "poisoning" society, but his extremist views and rhetoric can be harmful. Vogel is known for promoting radical interpretations of Islam and has been accused of spreading hate speech and inciting violence. His divisive and inflammatory language can contribute to the polarization and marginalization of certain communities, and may also fuel tensions and conflicts within society. It is important to engage in constructive dialogue and promote understanding and tolerance, rather than promoting extremist ideologies that can further divide and harm society. **

The TP-Link TL-SG108 is a Gigabit Ethernet switch, which means it is designed to provide speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s. The reason it does not reach 250 Mbit/s is likely due to the limitations of the devices connected to it. If the devices connected to the switch have network interfaces that only support speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, then the switch will only be able to provide speeds up to that limit. In order to achieve speeds closer to 250 Mbit/s, all devices connected to the switch would need to support higher network speeds. **
